Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, receipts, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into financial trends and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the startup's tax position and ensure adherence to the latest tax laws and changes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports required by regulatory bodies.

Master of Tax Accounting, Master of Commerce (M.Com), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA)
