Responsibilities:
- Power BI Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns for advanced data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Create and customize proposals and estimates using Zoho Writer and Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Zoho Configuration:
- Set up and manage Zoho Projects to support proposal development.
- Implement workflows and automation within Zoho to improve efficiency in the estimation process.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update templates for estimates and proposals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Analyze historical data to inform pricing strategies and improve future proposals.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and present proposals.
- Gather feedback and make necessary revisions to proposals based on client input.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on proposal status, win rates, and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure proposals align with branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
- BCOM,MBA
- Experience with Zoho applications.
- Strong understanding of proposal and estimation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and market analysis is a plus.
