Position: Accountant

Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong accounting and finance background, preferably in manufacturing. Responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient financial operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and accounting regulations
Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com., C.A. (Inter) or in related field in finance
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficiency with Tally Prime software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
