Job Overview
We are hiring an Accountant to join our team at Manav Management Group. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. We are looking for a candidate with less than 1 year of experience, preferably a fresher.
Qualifications And Skills
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Experience with Tally ERP and GST is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by conducting regular audits
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, including handling bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and making payments
- Assist in preparing for audits and provide necessary documentation and support
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
