Job Description: Accountant

We are seeking an accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of expenses within our organization, including maintaining detailed Excel reports and proficiency in Vyapar software. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial management software, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and expense control.

She/he will be expected to, but not limited to, perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor all expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and reconcile expense reports submitted by employees, verifying receipts and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets to track expenditures and analyze spending patterns.
• Utilize Vyapar software to manage accounts payable and receivable, generate invoices and track financial transactions.
• Analyze expense patterns and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and budget variances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual expense reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits related to expenses.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline expense processes and improve efficiency.
• Make vendor registrations and prepare work orders.
• Make Invoices and follow-ups of payment from clients.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices related to expense management.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com and equivalent
• Experience: Experienced/Fresher
• Salary: Rs 10000 18000 / month
• Any added local languages will be advantage
