  • & Bank Payments, Bank Reconciliation
  • of POs, Delivery Challans & E-Way Bills
  • & Prepaid
  • of Insurance Policies & Co-ordinations for claims
  • & filing of TDS Returns
  • of TDS Certificates
  • & filing of Form 10BD
  • of Certificate of Donation Form 10BE
  • & filing of PT Return
  • & filing of Quarterly Intimations under FCRA
  • & filing of Quarterly FCRA Annual Return
  • of details for Statutory Audit

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting: Manage transactions, including purchases, sales, and freight postings.

GST and TDS Compliance: Calculate, file, and reconcile GST and TDS returns.

Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile creditors and debtors, accounts payable, and receivable.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and analysis.

Audit Support: Assist with audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, etc.)
  • Experience in financial accounting and reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally, ERP and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
