C. Roles and Responsibilities :
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Preparation of Cash Flow & Handling Cash extensively and doing Cash, Bank, Debtor &
- petty cash reconciliation for every month.
- Adopting Cost Control measures and sees that are adhered.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Process payments and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Assist in the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Responsible for the processing of Invoices of bills payment to Vendor.
