We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Maigaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in accounting and finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The role will involve managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of accounts
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
