Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in US and UK accounting practices, managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Invoice Processing. The role will also involve interacting with customers, requiring excellent communication skills. This is a shift-based role to support continuous financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Handle accurate and timely invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with US and UK accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records. Work with SAP to execute day-to-day accounting activities and ensure integration of financial data. Interact with customers to resolve queries related to invoices, payments, and account statements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and address any discrepancies. Generate and review periodic financial reports, identifying and addressing any issues. Support audits by providing requested financial information and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in US and UK accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice Processing. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle data accurately and troubleshoot discrepancies. Experience in customer-facing roles, with effective communication skills for managing customer interactions. Ability to work in a high-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Shift Details: This is a shift-based role, with 4 shifts per day and a 6-day workweek. Flexibility to work different shifts is required to support 24/7 financial operations.
