About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with Zoho to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the finance team with data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's financial records and bookkeeping processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Conduct daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain strict compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare and manage bank reconciliations.
- Utilize Excel proficiently for efficient data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho and other accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
