Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Accountant to join our dynamic team at Deepal Birhade & Associates. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting various audit activities, ensuring strict adherence to tax regulations, and maintaining precise financial records. Proficiency in Tally ERP for managing sales/purchase entries, reconciliation, and statutory compliance is essential. Additionally, familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, and practical experience with Income Tax and GST software systems are required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage GST, TDS, PT, reconciliation, and other accounting assignments using Tally ERP software.
- Assist in conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and other relevant tasks as needed.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as sales/purchase entries and reconciliation using Tally ERP.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations while managing and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a CA firm or corporate.
- Proficient in Tally ERP software for accounting operations.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
