Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining sales and Purchase entries.
    Knowledge of GST Portal & GST Working
    Preparing Performa Invoice / Tax Invoice / Checking GST input credit.
    Maintaining Petty Cash Statements / Bank statements.
    Follow up from parties for making payments.
    Checking Debtors and Creditors Ledger statements.
    Maintaining Office expenses.
    For advance payment cross checking bill wise cite expenses. (Consumable Expenses, Travelling Expenses / Food expenses.)
    Maintaining financial year Balance sheet.
    Finalise Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, Capital account, trading account.
    Maintaining project wise Database in Softcopy as well as hard copy also.
    Sending mail to Parties like Performa Invoice, Tax invoice and Creditors Payment.
    Tally Debtors and Creditors Payment.
    PTRC return filling.
    PTEC return filling.
    Maintaining TDS database and return filling.
    Financial Year Audit Statement.
    Maintain staff Salary database.

Skills:
  • Purchase bill not get in time from other location.
    Purchase Department should mention terms of payment clearly.
    Purchase and Sales order should be given through mail not orally.
    Payment details for PDC Cheque , Tax Invoice data not maintained. (Like Contact Person, Party details etc.)
    Courier data base should maintain (like Docket number / Shiftment of Parties it is received OR not sheet should be maintain.
