Prepare and maintain accounts on a daily basis and Manage day-to-day administrative duties.
Manage and monitor cash flow including salary transfers, coordinate with staff for invoices and vouchers, bills and cash expenses, manage reimbursements, advance transfers for project expenses, etc.
Prepare and file all statutory returns - TDS
Prepare budgets and Fund Utilisation Reports and financial reports for donors.
Update project-wise expenses in Tally.
Prepare and mail donation receipts.
Manage all financial files, records and relevant documents.
Liaise with the external CA firm to perform the annual financial audit.
Keep an overall eye on Ashiyana and project budgets, income and expenses.
