We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both human resources and accounting functions, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role requires a hands-on approach to hiring, onboarding, and managing employee exits, as well as proficiency in utilizing accounting platforms such as ZohoBooks or similar software for invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Managing employee exits by processing necessary documentation, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Utilizing accounting software (such as ZohoBooks) to generate invoices, manage billing processes, and ensure timely payments.
- Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including payroll information, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with various HR functions, such as performance evaluations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives related to HR and accounting.
