The ideal candidate will be involved with accounting for Accounts Payables Invoices, Balance sheet reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Preparing periodic reports for payments
- Prepare reports of client invoices and regular follow-ups
- Updating client and supplier records (e.g. Contact details etc)
- Work closely with team members to create ways/processes to track PO's, payments etc
- Maintain up to date SOA's and tracking tools to collate information to be shared with the clients
- Liaise with the team to ensure the backend process for invoicing is streamlined.
- Creating and processing Supplier LPO's in coordination with the Finance team.
- Collect timesheets, invoices and process freelancer payments
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain trackers and reports
- Monitor and oversee petty cash balances
- Ongoing accounting tasks (Balance sheet reconciliation., Accruals, depreciation, Journals etc.)
- Engage and work with external professionals such as financial auditors, VAT auditors, Debt collectors etc. to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Assisting in adhoc finance and related admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
