Job Description:
We're looking for an Accounting/Compliance Coordinator to help manage our financial operations and ensure we stay compliant with regulations. If you enjoy working with numbers and keeping everything in order, this might be the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Accounting Tasks:
- Manage invoices, payments, and other financial records.
- Keep track of money coming in and going out.
- Handle payroll, taxes, and bank reconciliations.
- Help with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Compliance Tasks:
- Ensure we follow all laws and regulations, especially those related to staffing and recruitment.
- Keep employee records up to date and handle legal documents.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and standards.
Support & Reporting:
- Create financial and compliance reports for the management team.
- Assist in audits by gathering and providing the required information.
- Work closely with HR and payroll to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or compliance (staffing industry experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working with accounting software like QuickBooks or Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
