Role Description:

We're seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team in Berhampur. As an Accountant at Bodia, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate records. You'll handle tasks like bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, budgeting, and conducting financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing

* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use

* Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

* Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards

* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

* Proficiency in accounting software and tools

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
