Job Description:

We are seeking an accountant with 2 years of experience to manage our financial operations, payroll, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our COO and Chartered Accountant.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in Tally software
• Strong knowledge of GST, PT, and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and manage daily accounting operations
• Process monthly payroll and handle attendance management
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement process

- Obtain and compare quotations

- Process purchase orders

- Ensure timely deliveries

• Handle statutory compliances (GST, PT, TDS)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audit preparations

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Tally software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
