- Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining of Accounts, Vouchers, Invoicing, Payments, Receivables and handing of cash.
- Coordinating with CA team for all Taxation and Compliance works.
Finance Controlling and updating Business Owners on Budgets / Expenses.- Preparation of Profit/Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets etc.
Improvement of overall operational efficiency of the company
- Define, Implement and Monitor Process / Operating Protocols / Templates / Guidelines etc.
Should monitor the process compliance and take corrective steps if anything needed.- Overall Business Operations of the Company.
Inventory Management - Master data, transactional data and physical store tracking and management.
- Material Procurement and Purchases.
Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Reporting / Communication- Preparation of Bills and Taking care of Payments / Receivables
Vendor Short listing, and Vendor Management.
- Customer Communications and Customer Satisfaction
Liaison with Govt. offices for necessary works / approvals.- Maintaining and Preparing of Daily Trackers, BoQ, Bills, Estimates, Attendance Tracking, Labour payment Schedules, Project splits etc.
Coordination of Registrations, Documentation, Maintaining of legal Records
- Handling of internal and external stake holders
- Qualifications and Skills
Preferably with excellent skills in Excel and Word, Purchases, Accounts etc.
Person should be willing to relocate to project location, Malur.
