- Job Summary
a. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an
Accounts and Administration Assistant. This role involves a combination of accounting
tasks and administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our organisation.
- Job Responsibilities
a. Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
b. Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain customer accounts and records.
c. Data Entry:
Input financial data into accounting software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
d. General Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Employee Attendance & Leave Management
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
