Job Description: Position: Accountant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance, who is eager to kick-start their career in the field.

Qualifications: B.Com/M.B.A Finance/CA inter passed

Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Office Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai

Work Timings: UK Shift 1 pm to 10 pm

Male Candidates are preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Sales invoices for respective business A/c

2. Accounting the Expense Invoice for respective business A/c

3. ReconcileAll Business transactions usingXero software

4. Management reports (Dr's / Cr's Report, P&L, etc.,)

5. Project management Project Report Cash Flow/Budget

6. Quarterly VAT submission for respective business A/c

7. Prepare all documents for annual accounts

8. Time Sheet & Salary Working for employees in UK (Field)

9. Preparing the GST

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software ( Tally, Xero ) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
