Role : Account Strategic Manager Marketplace

Night Shift
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, driving strategic decision-making and resolving technical issues to
ensure marketplace performance.
- Lead client-facing projects, delivering exemplary customer service, implementing technical changes,
and using data-driven insights to grow clients
- Configure the platform and manage features to grow the ecommerce business.
- Lead client calls to discuss industry trends, project updates, marketing/advertising results, and
- 2+ years of ecommerce, strategic marketing, digital marketing, market research, or client management
experience.
- Technical skills with experience in facilitating integrations or implementing technical changes.
- Proficiency in Excel, with a focus on formula building, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Client-first mentality with a willingness to go the extra mile to help customers and teammates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fulfilling customer demands.
- Analytical mindset to solve problems, connect complex ideas, and think outside the box.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment with experience in managing client disputes and risk
situations.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct e-commerce or digital agency experience.
- Previous consulting or Customer Success team experience.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or similar software automation platforms.
- Experience motivating and coaching internal and external teams.
