This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist at Convrse.ai in Gurugram. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve handling financial aspects, communication with clients, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize account management.
