Accounting and Reporting Manager- General Accounting
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support general accounting activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recoding of financial transactions.
- Executing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
- Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in General Accounting team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
- Assisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
Qualifications For The Role
- You are immersed engaged in highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with R2R,General Accounting, General Ledger, SAP the shared services/manufacturing market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 1-3 years of experience in R2R,General Accounting, General Ledger,SAP
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
- Flexible working in shifts.
- You are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office
- Proven experience of Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
