Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to proactively follow up on outstanding balances and facilitate timely collections.
- Monitor aging reports, manage collections, and address delinquent accounts.
- Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries promptly.
- Analyze AR data, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain customer records, credit limits, and payment terms.
- Participate in month-end/year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in AR or credit management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and credit management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
