leading to cost saving, profitability & productivity Accounting Operations Enhanced financial processes through initiatives geared towards lowering risk, heightening productivity & improving internal control Funds Management Monitored preparation and review of Financial & Management Reports like P&L & Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Cost Analysis Report, Budgeting & Cost Control OPEX & CAPEX Analysis Report and Variance Analysis Extensive working knowledge of modern accounting / cost control Statutory Compliances systems, accounting standards and statutory / regulatory compliances Supervised all Indian tax compliance and submissions covering Taxation (Direct / Indirect) Income Tax & Goods & Service Tax (GST) including tax planning, returns, internal reporting and accounting Auditing (Statutory / Internal / Tax) Managed financial accounting, receivables & payables, ledger books, reconciliations and finalization of accounts (Balance Sheet / P&L) Internal Financial Controls Established healthy relationships with bankers & FIs for fund raising; focused on diversified fund performance which involved assessing portfolio Management Reporting (MIS) risk & return drivers to ensure optimised outcome on a recurring basis Hired qualified finance & accounting staff, emphasised on increased ERP (SAP) Implementation training and improved morale amongst staff
