position :Accounts Receivable

Location : Chennai

ctc : upto 30K

Major Responsibilities -well versed with communication skills, Analytical Skills, ready to learn and quick starter

*well versed in communication in English verbally and through emails.

*should be open to visit customers in Tamil Nadu and Kerala Travel in week twice

* AR Accounting and Collection

Collection Accounting Wire Transfers and Credit Card Transactions (Daily 150 transactions)

Tracking Actual Collections in Bank viz Outstanding Invoices

Customer Payment Adjustments

Vat / GST Accounting

Daily tracking of shared mailbox and SFDC portal for Payment advice.

Credit note / Debit note posting.

* Skills and Abilities

Good Communication skills (good spoken English) & should be able to articulate his/her thoughts well.

Strong team player and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn.

Motivated and ambitious

Attention to detail.

* Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in commerce.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience preferably in SAP / JD Edward.
