Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager/Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, overseeing program execution, and driving the success of our projects from inception to delivery. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional products and services while contributing to the growth and profitability of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, identify opportunities for account expansion, and proactively address any challenges.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in account management and program management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and client relationships, ideally with experience in Renewables, Industrial, e-Mobility.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ensure delivery of right Product at right Cost & at right Time to customers
- KPI: Project profitability, Revenue accuracy, On time delivery, AR Overdue, RMA, TAT.
