About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to oversee and manage the relationship with a Fortune 100 client in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the client to identify opportunities, manage expectations, and address any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.
- Lead account planning, execution, and reporting to ensure client objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their business outcomes.
- Travel to client sites as required to foster relationships and manage expectations effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-8 years of experience in managing accounts for Fortune 100 GCCs (preferably in the industrial manufacturing sector).
- Strong understanding of account management principles, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (native fluency required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
