We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business needs and goals.
- Account Growth : Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the use of our solutions within existing accounts.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and compliance with company policies.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of products, features, and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential areas for product improvement or new product development.
- Reporting and Forecasting : Track and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to management on account performance, revenue forecasts, and sales activities.
- Customer Success : Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing issues, providing timely responses to inquiries, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle
We are looking for people with: - Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate the value of SaaS solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
