Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing and customizing to a customer base.
Ability to work towards strategic goals.
Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Work towards assigned strategic goals and delivering an excellent customer sales experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
Implement creative ways to improve our agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
Communicate with customers/agencies via phone, email or direct contact.
Provide strategic advice and help advertisers get the best Return on Investment (ROI) on advertising investment and working in a consultative role.
