Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

- Experience in managing and customizing to a customer base.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Work towards assigned strategic goals and delivering an excellent customer sales experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Communicate with customers/agencies via phone, email or direct contact.
- Provide strategic advice and help advertisers get the best Return on Investment (ROI) on advertising investment and working in a consultative role.
