Job Title: Account Manager Mid Market (North)

Location: North India

Company: Kaizenat Technology

Job Summary:

Kaizenat Technology is looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager for the Mid-Market segment to manage strategic client relationships and grow our presence in the North India region. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large portfolios (1000 crore+) within the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ansys products, contributing to revenue growth targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients to assess performance and explore new business opportunities.
  • Drive the expansion of Kaizenat presence by leveraging your expertise in handling portfolios of 1000 crore+ to attract and manage key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales, engineering, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to both clients and Kaizenat.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on account activity, revenue potential, and client health to senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on how Ansys products can help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Represent Kaizenat at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the brand and engaging with potential leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of handling large portfolios (1000 crore+) in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the technology solutions relevant to these industries, particularly engineering simulation tools like ANSYS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients with varying needs.
  • Proven experience in growing revenue within existing accounts and driving business development.
