As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue & profitability growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. You will play a critical part in our fast growing Cyber security services offerings to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Take ownership to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels within accounts.
2. Consulting services Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of our cybersecurity services and stay up to date with industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients. Demonstrate expertise in selling Cyber Security consulting services like BCMS, ISO 27001, VAPT & Red Teaming, Regulatory Audits & Compliances, Data Privacy Consulting services etc.
3. Revenue & Margin Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, revenue & Profitability goals. Achieve Sales targets on a Quarter on quarter basis with a high degree of forecast accuracy.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for cybersecurity services customised to each client's specific needs and challenges.
5. Cross-functional team working: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication to clients.
6. Sales Funnel Management: Maintain a robust sales funnel, provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly update CRM systems. Schedule and conduct prospective client meetings to make sales and respond to RFIs and RFPs and other sales activities.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends and emerging threats in the cybersecurity sector.
8. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements, leading to successful deals and new client partnerships.
9. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service delivery process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
10. Client engagement: maintain current customer relationships and expand existing services portfolio by selling additional services. Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations.

 Essential skills
- 3 -5 Years Experience of Sales for Cyber Security Solutions/Services
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (MBA is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity consulting services & concepts
- Well experienced in Prospecting skills, Opportunity / Account Management & Techno Commercial discussions
- Ability to work closely with CISOâs / CROâs of large organisations
- Identify, qualify and develop growth opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentÂ
