Role Description:
- Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and any financial activities related to the business.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and timely collection of payments.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Address any discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Generate financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure the business complies with all relevant tax laws.
- Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Work with various departments to manage budget adherence.
Prepare necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Other professional certification is advantageous.
Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a similar industry.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
Experience in the co-working or real estate industry is a plus
