Any degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field.
5+ years practical experience with ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis
Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation.
Excellent pattern recognition and communication skills
Experience with programming languages Python and R would be good to have
Experience with transaction data ( POS) for both online and offline business modules
Roles And Responsibilities
Work with senior stakeholders ( CXO level) at client end and Maintain the revenue from existing accounts
Point of Contact for all the clients communications
Help the teams in Automate and optimize the Scripts for repeated reports
Understand the problem areas in the business and provide tactical and expert level solutions
Manage team of 10+ Consultants and Sr Consultants
Support the Department head to improve the business with existing clients
Keep up to date with latest technology trends
Mentor team members to Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers in a simple and easy ways
Implement new methodologies as needed for specific Analysis and analytical solution
Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and project design.
Additional Skills Needed.
End to end project handling, documentation and providing operational plan to business units for maximum utilization of the data.
Working experience with Automobile, Manufacturing industry will be good to have skill.
Strong oral and written communication skills, Presentation as well as strong documentation and data management and analysis skills
Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools to share the results in any Tableau dashboards
