Account Manager - Programmatic Advertising

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with a variety of clients, including branding, performance and programmatic advertisers.

Your primary focus will be to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue by upselling clients on new product offerings and ad formats. You will monitor key performance indicators to ensure the health of our technology and relationships with partners.

As an analytical thinker, you will gather insights to shape our company's strategy and goals, working closely with our programmatic and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional support to our partners.

• 1 - 3 Years

• Build, maintain and manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and all demand sources, including proactively resolving business and technical issues
• Manage the on-boarding of new Partners including; RTB integration, database maintenance, training and documentation.
• Proactively developing new suggestions to ensure customers get the most value out of existing products and collect feedback and feature requests to constantly improve solutions.
• Complete ownership of portfolio of accounts P&L target achievement, Account Management, Campaign, Optimization and upsell.
• Working with Product Management and Engineering to ensure smooth feature roll out and tech issue resolutions.

• UG - B.Tech/B.E. ; PG - M.Tech / MBA from top tier institute
