The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the companys products (Probe42 Banking and Probe42 Business)
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs
Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers
Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the companys products, industry trends, and competitors
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and account management
