To grow the Personal Care and Pharma business in India as per strategy and manage existing business.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)

  • Deliver budgeted sales
  • Identifying new growth opportunities with a focus on Household segment
  • Building the short and medium term opportunity pipeline
  • Strengthening relationship with direct customers
  • Distributor Management evaluating effectiveness and identifying potential new distributors if necessary
  • Accurate forecasting of demand
  • New Business Development
  • Manage existing sales
  • Key Account Management
  • Distributor Management
  • Maintaining forecasts and CRM

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

  • 5 years in sales of Ingredients to Personal Care and Pharma Industry in India essential.
  • Graduate in Chemical Technology / Chemistry
  • Business qualification desirable
