As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager and Business Development Executive to join our team remotely.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager and Business Development Executive to drive our business development efforts and manage client relationships in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting and staffing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consulting and staffing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or upselling.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Collaborate to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our service offerings and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Executive in the IT consulting and staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting and staffing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
