Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) - MICE is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions sector. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering exceptional service and customized event solutions. The KAM will work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure the successful delivery of MICE projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields./ MBA will get Preference
5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the MICE industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong understanding of MICE industry trends, event logistics, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and event management platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
