ROLE SUMMARY: Interaction with clients and understanding their requirements and coordinating with recruiting team to work on said requirement and then coordinating with selected resource and make them understand their roles and negotiating rates and forwarding their candidature to clients._
1) Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
2) Responsible for managing company's relationship with clients in IT Industry.
3) Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
4) Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients and partners.
5) Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
6) Keep up to date with trends and developments in the global IT consulting market.
7) Work on requirements assigned and execute strategies that achieve revenue targets.
1) Relevant experience in business development, in the IT consulting sector.
2) Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
3) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4) Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
