About the Job :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on Google Ads and social media account handling. Your expertise in these areas will be instrumental in driving online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include :

Google Ads Management:

• Create, optimise, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, and video.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Social Media Account Handling:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging and compelling content to increase brand visibility, drive user engagement, and generate leads.
• Monitor social media channels, and respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing channels and platforms to expand the reach and drive growth.
• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO strategies, and other digital initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
