Job Description

An Account Manager on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform typically has a range of responsibilities focused on managing vendor and buyer accounts, ensuring smooth transactions, and driving platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and sellers on the GeM platform.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and buyers, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the platform's features and functionalities.

Provide training sessions and ongoing support to users, helping them navigate the platform, use its tools effectively, and adhere to compliance requirements.

Ensure that all transactions and activities on the GeM platform comply with government regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
