Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager Digital Marketing & Branding

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to document and convey requirements clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing & Branding Expertise:
  • Must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies, including Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong grasp of branding concepts, graphic design, content creation, and development of marketing collateral.
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Work closely with external vendors and agencies to manage execution, ensuring deliverables are met according to requirements and timelines.
  1. Project Management & Execution:
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure documentation is clear for the execution team.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing initiatives, ensuring that all aspects, from design to digital marketing execution, meet agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.
  1. Communication & Documentation:
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure that requirements, feedback, and expectations are properly documented, shared, and tracked for execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords and various digital marketing tools.
  • Proven experience managing internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
  • Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
