Job Summary:
As an Accounts Manager at Dentalkart, you will oversee all aspects of accounting operations,
ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves supervising the accounting
staff, managing month-end and year-end close processes, overseeing accounts payable and
receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and participating in audits with internal and external
auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate
financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing,
payment collections, and vendor management.
Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Participate in audits conducted by internal and external auditors, providing necessary
documentation and support.
Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for
improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes and
policies.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and
recommendations to management.
Stay updated with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure
compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or
professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at
least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.
Experience in participating in audits with internal and external auditors.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
