Job Description

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in client management or account management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or corporate branding will be a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end client projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure that project deliverables are on time and of high quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, etc.) to execute client campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure all client projects are aligned with business goals and meet quality standards.
Time Requirement:
  • Full-time role, based in Mumbai.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings, with flexible work options.
