As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new avenues for business growth. This role requires a good understanding of software project delivery processes and a proven track record in account management.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 12+years of experience working in the IT industry
  • 6+ years of experience as an Account / Client Manager
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and leverage executive relationships to drive sales
  • Proven experience of meeting revenue targets and account growth
  • Experience working in the Technology consulting and services industry
  • Strong business acumen to understand client's technical needs and translate it to solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Work from office

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand clients business goals and challenges to proactively provide solutions and value-added services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations

Account Mining and Growth:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

Risk and Mitigation to project delivery:

  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Ability to identify, analyse and mitigate risks in the existing projects

Client Advocacy and Feedback:

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their evolving needs and preferences
  • Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded

Revenue Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and growth metrics
