- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure a seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, preparing regular reports to showcase results and identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and work with clients and internal teams to resolve them, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.

The ideal person
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., marketing, advertising, or technology].
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client expectations.
