Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organised Account Manager with 3 years of experience in managing client accounts for social media and digital marketing. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of client accounts, managing client relationships, handling billing processes, and delivering regular performance reports. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing all communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, content) to ensure that social media and digital marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time.
Billing & Invoicing: Handle the billing process for clients, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and managing any billing-related queries or issues.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports for clients, including key metrics related to social media, digital marketing campaigns, and overall account performance.
Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of social media and digital marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns align with client goals and deliver strong results.
Client Satisfaction: Proactively address client feedback, manage concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during campaign execution, working with internal teams to resolve problems and optimize performance.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding client services, upselling additional offerings, and growing the scope of work.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the digital marketing and social media industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for clients.
Organisational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing client billing and reporting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
